Theft Of My Property

I have someone breaking into my house and stealing all forms of property from me, and recently found someone stole my computer cord for my computer with a built-in CD drive and then the CD drive I have that is separate is not working and there was nothing wrong with it before.  I'm being blocked from saving anything on a disk and my information on my computer is being tampered with, with the audio missing on my two most recent videos.  I also had an entire computer that was new and unopened in the box, stolen from me, and a $50 roll of stamps when I have legal matters pending and was also going to use them to write to my son from home.
